Regarded as specialists for bifold door and sliding door hardware systems and accessories such as flush pull handles, Zebratti has serviced the needs of architects, builders, joiners, specifiers, designers and their clients since 1999.

Based in Auckland, New Zealand, all systems are designed and manufactured in-house by the Zebratti team. This is a rarity in today’s market, which we believe is a distinct benefit for our clients.

 Developed in conjunction with the JMFNZ, we offer a range of bifold and sliding hardware

for their NZS4211 compliant timber joinery suite.

All products have successfully passed thorough testing to the NZS4211 standard.

Developed primarily for the New Zealand market, Zebratti hardware is purpose designed to perform in demanding coastal environments and therefore withstand corrosive elements and the test of time.

Concept to design

At Zebratti our designers use the latest CAD software to design and then create 3D prototypes to refine the design of our products. Having control over the design process means we can easily refine and review our product designs.

Manufacturing

We use the best materials available to ensure our products perform. We know product consistency is a priority, and using our inhouse state of the art CNC machine helps achieve this.

Testing

To ensure our products perform in the demanding NZ environmental conditions the Zebratti products are tested to NZ code standards.
